    Guilt

    Some people feel so very sorry after eating so much they could burp it all back up. They get disgusted with themselves and say, “I’ll never do it again!”

    I feel gross and disgusted with myself for being on tumblr and facebook instead of studying…

    “I’ll never do it again”…?

    sigh.
